1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your download, purchase, installation, activation, and use of ToolBoxManager. By using the software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. What ToolBoxManager provides
ToolBoxManager is a Windows productivity application that creates a visual workspace for project files, folders, applications, web links, notes, and related resources. TBM generally works through pointers to existing assets rather than moving the original files.
3. License to use the software
Subject to payment, license status, and any seat or device limit associated with your purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use ToolBoxManager for lawful personal or business productivity purposes.
The software and its design, code, documentation, brand, and related intellectual property remain owned by their respective rights holder. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the software itself.
4. License restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:
- redistribute, resell, rent, sublicense, or share the software or license credentials outside the rights included with your purchase;
- circumvent licensing, seat, activation, or access controls;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software for the purpose of creating an unauthorized derivative or competing copy;
- use ToolBoxManager to violate law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, or facilitate abusive activity.
5. Your content and assets
You retain responsibility for the files, folders, links, notes, credentials, and other materials you choose to reference through TBM. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use those materials and for maintaining appropriate backups of important data.
6. Third-party applications and websites
TBM can open assets using Windows defaults and can link to third-party websites and services. Those applications and services are independent of ToolBoxManager and are governed by their own terms, availability, security, and privacy practices.
7. Updates and product changes
ToolBoxManager may receive maintenance updates, compatibility changes, security improvements, user-interface refinements, documentation updates, or feature changes. A roadmap or product preview is directional and does not create a contractual promise that a particular feature or release date will occur.
8. Availability and compatibility
Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the software functional on supported Windows environments, but compatibility can be affected by Windows updates, third-party applications, security software, browser changes, file associations, hardware differences, or other external factors.
9. Refunds
Eligible purchases are covered by the ToolBoxManager Refund Policy, including the published 15-day refund window. Mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law are not reduced by these terms.
10. Suspension or termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for refunded or cancelled licenses, chargebacks, material violation of these terms, fraudulent access, or deliberate circumvention of licensing controls. Termination does not authorize deletion of your original project files, which remain outside TBM.
11. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolBoxManager is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow, third-party application, or future Windows configuration. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolBoxManager and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of the software, external websites, third-party applications, user configuration, or failure to maintain backups. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the product, licensing model, law, or service structure changes. Material changes should be reflected by updating the date shown on this page.
