Practical boundaries around what ToolBoxManager can control, what remains your responsibility, and how external software and websites affect the experience.

Last updated: August 16, 2026ToolBoxManager

1. General information

ToolBoxManager is a productivity utility. Information on this site, in the software, and in the documentation is provided to explain the product and its workflows. It is not legal, financial, accounting, medical, security, or other professional advice.

2. No guaranteed productivity outcome

TBM is designed to make project assets easier to organize and access, but no particular productivity, business, financial, academic, or performance result is guaranteed. Results depend on how the software is configured and used.

3. Original files and backups

TBM is designed to use visual pointers to original assets rather than relocate them. Even so, users remain responsible for maintaining reliable backups of important files and for verifying the effect of any file operation performed outside TBM.

4. Third-party software and websites

ToolBoxManager may launch third-party applications, open websites, or point to online resources selected or imported by the user. References to a third-party product or website do not mean ToolBoxManager controls, guarantees, sponsors, or endorses that service. External content can change or become unavailable without notice.

5. Compatibility

Windows, browsers, security tools, file associations, websites, APIs, and third-party applications change over time. A feature that works with a particular external environment today may require adjustment after an external update.

6. Security and credentials

Do not store sensitive passwords, recovery codes, financial credentials, or other secrets in a place that is inappropriate for their sensitivity. If you choose to place sensitive information in a local note or linked file, you are responsible for securing the device and the underlying file.

7. Product illustrations and demonstrations

Screenshots, videos, examples, personas, sample websites, and sample project structures are demonstrations. They may show example data or third-party brands solely to illustrate how TBM can organize resources. Actual availability and appearance may differ.

8. No waiver of mandatory rights

Nothing in this disclaimer removes or limits a right, warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded or limited.

9. Contact

If a product statement appears inaccurate or a compatibility issue needs clarification, use the current ToolBoxManager support or contact channel.
